Warrior Temple Island University stands on the foundation laid by Dr. Moses Powell, a visionary martial artist and the Founder of Sanuces Ryu Jujitsu. Dr. Powell pioneered the path of 'survival through simplicity,' a philosophy that is intrinsic to the transformation of the system. Sanuces, being an answer to his call onto The Creator, is both an art of lethal devastation equally as an art of spiritual discipline.
Known as a Warrior of High Science, Wisdom, and Power, Dr. Powell believed hat martial arts were not only for self-defense but for self-discovery and inner mastery. His teaching continue to live on in every movement, every lesson, and every warrior who enters our doors. Here, we honor his legacy by carrying forward the spirit of Sanuces Ryu Jujitsu, rooted in survival, healing, and empowerment.

Ous ! Greetings, Peace & Blessings Warriors. I am honored to welcome you to Warrior Temple Island University. This University was born from a vision — a calling rooted in my lifelong journey through martial arts and life. Sanuces Ryu Jujitsu transformed my life by teaching me that martial arts is not only about survival but about mastery — of self, spirit, and destiny.

When I founded Warrior Temple Island University, it was with a commitment to carry forward the legacy of Dr. Moses Powell and all of my teachers, and honor the timeless principles and wisdom bestowed upon me. I wanted to build a place where warriors are cultivated not only in combat but in character and wisdom, a place where students become leaders, protectors, healers, and teachers who inspire others.
